It's known she overheats and that's why she's turned down certain outings before. She has health problems like anemia although she's finally getting that under control. How much the kayfabe and image are legit, I'd imagine quite a bit of it is applicable.
She just seems like an incredibly mild person overall that can behave and act in such a consistent manner for nearly 7yrs. 7yrs of no yabs, no drama to speak of, and it's only NOW that she's opening up more about herself in general.
