Everyone agreed on doing the stream, and they didn't "attack" Selen, they just went over the internal reasons why they couldn't keep working with her.
Now, we know that's just bullshit and they wanted to hurt her as much as possible, but that's the company's stance on the Selen issue, and nothing has changed since then. Literally any apologize would just end up kicking the hornets nest, because they would have to address what happened during the black frame stream:
