a: This includes both Live2D, 3.0, 3D screenshots, stream captures, cropped thumbnails, song cover illustrations, reference material, and other official art.
b: This also applies to people who are mentioned but not featured on stream.
c: The use of traced art is also banned.
ii. Unauthorized use of fanart not drawn by the clipper.

ii. The guidelines also apply to clips made from stream VODs before this date.
iii. The guidelines only applies to clips made from content uploaded to Joe Rikiichi's own channel. (An exception is made for compilation videos including a short excerpt of his POV for game things like game collabs) [Joe used Among Us as an example that would fall under this exception.]
iv. The guidelines only apply to clips uploaded to Youtube.
v. The guidelines also apply to clips uploaded to Youtube as Shorts. (The guidelines regarding thumbnails do not apply to Shorts since thumbnails cannot be set for Shorts.)
vi. The content of the guidelines (eg. The number of days that are to elapse before clips can be uploaded, etc.) is subject to change.
