We know for a fact that a lot of the oppertunities they get like those con apperances are thrown out to anyone interested in a subgroup of people Cover wants for that exposure. Multiple tapents have talked about it and it's a large majority of the homework that talents get. The things that aren't negotiable or skipable are things where a company asks for specific memebers for cross promotion or big events like FES and CTW.
Now, we can tapk about other, unannounced projects that they could get removed from to help them and the project move al9ng, as there's always something going on and things that fall through for talents on the back end. Think stuff like Voice Packs or other stuff where the talents are mostly there on an individual level. The same could be said for cons, but because they were announced and expected to be there, it's reasonable to make them be there. It sucks, but it just is a reality.
