That is managements job, setting up events and sponsorships.
They also work as a middleman when it comes to contacting people outside of the company for perms or services like getting merch made. Also if a talent wants an event or specific aid in contacting people management do that.
The day to day streams look like they are entirely upto the streamer as for what they stream or how much they stream it, if Gura wanted management to take over that they probably could but they would have to go through head office since Gura would be ceding a lot of her autonomy in the company.
There would be a lot of paperwork for that, probably even legal contract revisions and a new job title and salary for the person(s) who take over
