You know, I think hiring full on Japs may actually be the way to "save" NijiEN. If they stop pretending the care about the western fanbase and go all in with the eastern fanbase, JPs might actually watch them. That said, the shareholders want growth. They want the western market. Unfortunately, Niji have done everything in their power to repulse the western market. They basically uprooted the core fanbase and salted the earth, with only the most resilient of weeds growing there now, i.e. Nijisisters. With no further growth, but rather, active deterioration, their only option is the absorb the branch. It may not happen today, it may not happen tomorrow. But especially with Anycolor's obsession with short term profits, I can't see NijiEN being here this time next year.
