We got a leak from a barebones template, but that didn't go over most stuff, so I assume there is a lot more paperwork that we're unaware of. For example something that is relatively common is a clause that if a contractor terminate a contract early, they have to payback some costs. These could be the costs of the base models (if the first contract), outfits(if you're on your second contract they can't charge you for the og model, but they could for any new outfits) brushups, lost opportunities (if there was merch in the works for example), maybe even travel expenses and extra assets. It's something that will take a court to comb over, but a court isn't automatically going to throw Niji out for any of these, so any liver ending the contract early can be rolling a pretty dangerous dice.
There are many ways scumbag companies can screw contractors over.
