That doesn't seem to be the case.
Two NijiEN members (Rosemi and Victoria) participated in Sajam Slam 1. NONE participated in Sajam Slam 2, which Dokibird had been invited to.
Sajam has gone on record saying that he didn't know shit about the drama between Doki and Niji. He also replied positively to NijiEN members who talked about wanting to participate, so it's safe to say he didn't intentionally kick them out of the tournament.
The only logical explanation remaining is that management specifically forbade the talents from participating, and the only reason why they'd do that is because Doki was there.
