DoKomi has a vTuber in Tomoko-chan but she was not that involved with the stream at least. She was used a lot for DigiKomi and maybe you saw more of her on the actual con but I wouldn't know because I didn't go.
Still, with how much Kiara rocked both DigiKomi and DoKomi they will probably involve vTubers more. Which is nice because the EU vTuber scene has a lot of room to grow.

She is heavily involved with Merryweather comics so she probably helped out at his stall and stuff.
I hope Kiara met her and befriended her so they can finally collab. She needs more friends in her timezone.
