If all your talents are hardcore gamers, you're leaving the potential audience of people who don't want to be involved with it. Sure it's possible to be successful in limited spaces, (vspo!) but that isn't going to be every single corpo strategy, and that's good.
I'm sure they have a shitload of their own metrics but you can think of it like an RPG stat sheet. You don't want your entire guild of characters to all have high gaming, high stream time, high autism. Sometimes you need to hire uh... high autism, high sarcasm, high contrarian? I get the impression that only Bae is the bang they were expecting to get for their buck from the HOPE/Council gen, type-wise even if volume-wise is acceptable. The rest have moved away from their supposed calling cards, or at least had them become afterthoughts to their generic streaming activities.
