Also, and this is more purely to the last thing and why comparing chats can be stupid. Yes, there’s a culture per chat, and it’s just not usually dependent of CCV, you just don’t get a shitton of viewers and expect every chat turns into some spam hive mind cesspool, things change a lot from chat to chat based on moderation, what the streamer enables, etc. There’s just a lot of uncountable measures of why a chat can be slow or fast, nitpicking and comparing takes just really a lot of stuff of it, see for example
