I'm convinced at this point that they don't actually screen auditions for any kind of streaming talent or clout. They specifically target depressed, self-loathing, naive, and easily manipulated idiots so that they can mold them into doing whatever the fuck they want under any conditions. This makes them less likely to stand up for themselves or realize how they're being abused and taken advantage of.
Case in point, one of the new girls has clearly zero streaming experience and no PL.

For most of them is just the usual sunk cust fallacy. They have invested so much time and energy on the company that they are gaslighting themselves into thinking that everything is fine, because the alternative would be that they are supporting and actively helping out a company that sees nothing wrong about harassing people to the point of suicide. There's also the thing about not owning the IP for their own characters, so some of them think that quitting is a career suicide because they don't trust on their fanbases following them to their next life.

The rest just don't care about anyone but themselves and they don't mind being bootlickers as long as they are somewhat happy.
