Flying everyone out is simple, just clear schedules and book tickets, hotels, etc. 3d lives get a good amount of supas so even if niji is stingy enough to make the boys pay that themselves they should make it back easy
The studio is the hard part, especially if they want everything done live. I don't know if niji has an in-house studio, they're certainly rich enough but if not then they'll be at the whims of fate as to whether they can book a bunch of consecutive dates and times to get everything done
