As others have said, she's effectively the mascot of HoloEN.
She brings security, good luck and nice optics to the company just by not quitting and rarely streaming because her image is what matters.
In my personal opinion, it works, but hopefully some other new Holo will eventually take that Mantle from her because if she quits at the wrong time, it could permanently severely jeopardize cover's efforts.
I still hope she doesn't left anytime soon. Goobah is cute!
