If you see sweaty cosplayers that are alone ask if you can take a picture even if you don't like the character, then mention they look hot, do a "hehe" and say literally. Ask if they want a drink to cool down. If they say yes you're probably already in, it works for me most of the time. Just stay away from people going into hotel rooms in groups to "play games". A 3/4some or gangbang is only hot in porn, greatest mistake of my life. Oh and be fine with fucking mostly 6s and 7s.
Also make sure to go for only one woman per con, since they talk on their discord etc, and if they see you go for another one the next day it's unironically over, I've seen it happen.
