I don't really know, I'm a pretty indecisive person overall, but if I had to pick someone from HoloEN I'd say Ina is my favorite, I guess? Her streams are so comfy and soothing, plus as a drawfag myself she is honestly an inspiration and her drawing streams are helpful and motivate me a lot. Also I'm a dyke and her design itself is probably among the ones that appeal to me the most so there's that bias too.

Plus her forcing the Takamori shit makes me want to die, I like /u/ but it's especially annoying save one or two antics that are funny. Easily my least favorite HoloEN for a while now.
