>Prove that she made everything up, which they can't as Luca is the one that told her everything
>Prove that messages used as evidence are fabricated, which they can't do as court will have access to all deleted messages
>Bring Luca into court, have him confess UNDER OATH that he not only spread “falsehood” about company, but also allowed an unauthorized third party access his accounts and breaking his NDA when it was still valid in front of ENTIRE COURT

If Raziel pulls up hard proof that this “misinformation” is actually true, or god forbid brings in an ex-niji, Luca will be caught lying under oath which leaves two options:
>Luca throws Nijisanji under the bus stating that he was forced to lie under thread of being terminated, confiscation of streaming equipment and months of revenue, and being sued for NDA breach and reputation damage
>Remain a scapegoat, praying that Riku won't terminate him, confiscate his equipment and earnings, then sue for NDA breach and reputation damage

Even if Luca becomes sacrificial goat, the chances of Anycolor winning the falsehood lawsuit are next to none. Their lawyers are just paper tanks lmao
