I'd understand if the one being removed was a body part which was more essential to the character's existence; such as, if they removed Flare's pointy ears. That would defeat the purpose of her being an elf, so compaints would be well warranted in that situation. But as for Anya, she was meant from the beginning to be just a girl with either a flat chest, or very small boobs
