One of the things I suspect kinda pushed mozzu over the line with management is actually the Tokyo treat incidence. She didn't cancel her annual subscription of it in time and got auto charged for another year. She threw a huge melty over it and was about to go full menhera over it and was about to call it a scam in public and try to delete her VOD of Tokyo Treat review. Since Tokyo Treat is another jp company, kawaii didn't want to poke that hornet nest and asked her not to make a big deal out of it as they can get a defamation strike/sue for it (understandable since it wasn't really a scam if she missed the deadline to cancel her subscription). She probably got more pissed and felt that management is infringing on her rights to her content and then it boiled over her other discontent with the corpo as well.
This is my speculation but it is very likely to be true since I was there and followed the crumbs of the events. It might sound really dumb BUT if you know mozzu and had followed her for a long time, it is very likely something that she would have done and it is in line with what kind of person she is.
