For the actual OP if we're talking lore then probably Henya with a 999 IQ. Emphasis on lore because real Henya not so much. And any vtuber that can't be "killed", whether because they're already undead or not living to begin with would have an advantage towards solving the case even if intuiting the mechanics remains unlikely.
