He's an actual leech, which is not uncommon for chat/discord celebrities to try streaming their own shit. I've even seen oilers in Squchan's streams get shouted out because they're going live but that guy donates thousands to Squ so fair enough.
There was a point where his chatters would raid her after a stream and talk about him which Filian would even address live like

Last thing I don't think snackers /here/ seem to know is that the Roast of Filian was basically Rekson's idea. It's why after the stream Filian raided him and he streamed for several more hours with some of the guests going over all the behind the scenes stuff and how they put the show and VR world together. I doubt we'll see him soon
