The issue is that you see people that claim to be right-wing try and politicize things like common decency and are against so-called political correctness. They want the right to hate and disparage others, to harass them, and disrupt institutions of society. When they do introduce policies it's to try and screw other people over and try to control them and how they can live in ways that goes beyond the betterment of society. It's gotten to the point that self-described right-wing advocates will argue that everything is political, and that everything is up for debate, and everything is merely relative but at the same time it has to be absolute back only by their talking points.
If you want to take it to "my political ideology is that I should be able to commit crimes against people I have for no logical reason" then of course it will be de facto illegal in any sane society.
