Euphoria debuts had the biggest push Phase ever got for a new gen. Advertising at the Filian Awards, big ad pushes, etc. But the Invaders just joined in, like you said, with relatively little fanfare.
Thats the interesting thing: Euphoria (and to a lesser extent, their JP gen) was the first Phase Gen to ever experience a "debut buff." Which is good for them, sure, but it also leads to the normalization of CCV after a while, too.
