Do you guys ever wonder how the fuck yagoo hired so many perfect girls and that they all like and have zero drama with each other? It seemed so normal 4 years ago but now every vtuber corpo (indies included) are constantly fighting with each other over the most petty shit while hololive just coasts along perfectly content as a big happy family.

It's because most girls have at least one personal manager, that assist them even when they interact with other holos.

And hololive isn't free of drama, they just handle it internally and try to be professional about it, because they have their managers controlling everything little thing they do and no one want to give up being rich because of a bad relationship with a coworker.
