When I last saw this shit on the 'log, I was bored and did some research and here's my honest opinion of Pillow. It's kind of true, she's like a mix between Fauna and Mumei and waaay more parasocial and lovey, but her fanbase and mods are kind of schizo and it's hard to blend in, so you're just sitting on the outside looking in. Good for background noise, but I can't imagine she's going to grow that much considering the inpenetrable fanbase. She's funny and witty, feels quite financially desperate but that's typical 2/3-view vibes, is creative and good at art, her ASMR is meh and the audio is pretty shit but her creative RP is what draws people in to her ASMR.
Overall she's decent, but don't expect to oshi her for the whole mod and paypig situation is pretty grim and well established at this point.
