It's the whole "fans of the fandom" thing they have going on.
They don't care about the Homos, it's basically a "community" that they can group up and meet people with.
I remember one anon talking about how local communities have been dying off in the west. I think homobeggars, and many other "fandom parasites" are an extension of this phenomenon.
Western normies used to "touch grass" and go out drinking with friends or bowling or all sorts of outdoor activities back in the day, which is why they made fun of people that just sit and home in front of a computer all day. Some of those that live in the suburbs probably still do that.
But a lot of big cities have become so impersonal that there's nowhere to meet people and hang out irl. So a lot of those that used to hang out with "real friends" no longer have that. Majority of these are women, because men still have stuff like gaming, mmos, anime and a bunch of other hobbies to meet people with - a lot of former "normies" have been able to assimilate pretty well into a lot of these communities.
So these clueless idiots have resorted to hijacking online spaces and hobbies, and treating them as "public spaces" to find people (that agree with them) to hang out with.
That's why they have like 10-20 oshis, they watch 2-3 clips from 20 VTubers and think that's enough to be a "fan" of them.
It's the polar opposite of people like Helmite who consumes literally every single piece of content from his oshi that he can and promotes her stuff everywhere.
These retards only promote, and never really watch the content themselves, because all they want are more people to build their social circle with. They don't care about the actual hobby.
