Only nijisisters commit the very insane act of victim blaming.
In these situations the power dynamics play a big part of understanding and treating the situation with respect and we can't rely on faulty processes the law works with, because the law does not take such power dynamics into account.
It is a fact that Selen did attempt suicide at least once, even to the public eye this is very easily deducted from Nijis termination notice, Elira's black screen stream.
Now, instead of ignoring this suicide attempt and trying to blame Selen for not wanting to live for whatever reason, the company should instead investigate how it was possible that one of their employees even considered suicide while they were employed. The fact that they DID NOT and focused on BULLYING THE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY UNWELL PERSON WHILE SHE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL should be concerning at least.
Sisters do not understand that Selen, someone who thought so little of herself at the point of the suicide attempt, was in no position to properly combat any of the things that were done to her at the time and after. Nijisanji was a higher power that she did not have a chance regardless. The fact that sisters act like Niji is infallible is proof that this power dynamic is real. We cannot use concepts like "the burden of proof" and "innocent until proven guilty" in such cases because these real life situations do not allow the victim to properly collect proof and conduct investigations on the accused.
Selen attempted suicide. This is a fact.
Nijisanji did nothing to investigate the alleged reasons for said suicide attempt, showing that they have no regard for the wellbeing of their employees.
Such a company should not be defended and a person like Elira, who seems to be the most responsible for the situations and feelings that lead to the suicide attempt, has shown no remorse of her actions, regardless of her opinion on her own actions, nor did she self-reflect to mend her ways.
