>>77766720>Why isolate and bully Selen? She probably never really fit in. I dont think she was 'bullied' per se since a week prior she was doing fine in the offcollab a week prior.
Management historically sucks ass and if she never got along with Ethyria and the nijimales it probably sucked to work there.
Millie or Nina were friends with their managers so they could get replies within the minute. Selen's manager ghosted her for 24+ hours at a time on every project despite Selen doing the most out of everyone in Niji.
She's much better as an indie where she can just collab with whoever she wants.
To be honest if you believe the clique/bullying allegations you're more or less dragging half the vtuber industry with Niji. If Elira is implicated then so is Pomu. If Millie is implicated then so is Nina.
>What really made Pomu leave?Worst management in vtuber history botched her MGS collab.
Japanese yes-man culture upper management told her to shut the fuck up about it.
They touched on this on the mintara podcast.
>Does Elira actually have manager power? No but she's one of maybe 3 talents (Elira, Luca, Millie, Nina) that is extroverted and not autistic so she's the only one that can actually talk to management.
So she might aswell.
Selen herself mentioned how she struggled to talk to her managers because she had anxiety. Finana ghosts her manager.
>Is the clique real?Nijisister rrat. "The clique" maps to "every female in niji that doesnt glaze my favorite nijiboy".
Over time it became that but for "doesnt glaze my favorite nijigirl".
>Were all the shitty twitter snips actually about Selen? Ex. OP and Enna's "Greatest year of my life"Probably. I think people just thought she was fucking around.
No one would actually throw that much of a fit over an MV delayed a day and a half, but for Selen it was the last straw. It wasnt really about the video for her.
>Why did they make her firing a spectacle instead of just agreeing to graduate?Worst management in vtuber history.
Worked with Zaion.
Miscommunication between JP and EN side made them "apologize" twice, bad PR both times.
Japanese yes-man cutlure.
Selen had a large fanbase. There are no Zaion threads.
>Did they really think that black screen video was a good idea? Probably. Made sense from their POV if they'd just been served court papers namedropping them in a suicide attempt workplace harassment suit.
None of this is a secret, you just have to watch Niji to know it. Which I understand why you wouldnt.
