https://en.hololive.tv/contact to see what is/is not allowed to be sent. Ensure that the delivery date listed on the item is on or before February 22nd as that is the date the window for gift receipt closes (Though it's probably OK if it arrives a day or two late!)
Also don't worry too much about picking out the exact perfect thing, make your best guess. She'll be so happy that you sent her something! If you want to send her a card instead you can send it to the same address above. You just can't send packages from your home address.
