Post clips/highlights/shorts of your outside oshi's best content. It won't convert people immediately, but there's that whole rule of 7 with marketing and building mindshare. Most fan discords have a channel for other vtubers, but I do suggest you lurk and interact with the native culture before broaching this outside vtuber.
