The fact cyberlive had basically a ghost manager (manager not or barely doing any work) for several months -- and then after finally firing her, just having a talent take an unpaid promotion to do the managerial work for several more months... that's not Lumi's fault. It's like having one of those psycho girlfriends that threatens to kill herself every time you break up. If they do self-harm that's more on them than it is on you. If the company can't even hire a real manager for several months it was already at the breaking point.
Plus you don't need to be a genius to see the obvious conflict of interest of having a talent as a manager. It's like having one of the students taking a test do the test marking for the entire class... it's fucking stupid to do. I wouldn't blame the kid for wanting give themselves a perfect score when making, I'd more blame the idiots who decided to put them in that position of power.
