NijiEN is more like a "tower of babel" where nobody has any common cultural references. One guy is an heavily ESL french speaker, another is a heavily-ESL flip, another is a heavily-ESL chinese. They can barely even communicate on common ground, much less understand common cultural references or even very basic things about western society. And they just keep hiring those people, one after another. They heavily rate "knowing a foreign language" on the Nijisanji application, which is how absolute shitters like Ver gets hired. "Oh you know Korean? You're hired! Even though you have zero personality and are an obvious shitter."
The extreme bias within NijiEN against white people is obvious, look at the kind of shit Uki got away with. Look how Kyo, Pomu, Nina, all graduated, not a coincidence in my opinion. Pomu was treated extremely dirty. The only white people they treat well are the males who the fujo women in staff lust after.
