I want to tell a story about why this nationality hate needs to stop, it hurts everyone.
>befriend a chinese doctorate student>one day he tells me he is leaving the country, that I can take anything I want from his apartment >tells me his thesis was denied because of racism>tells me he is giving up opening the business related to his thesis here, because it’s no good to do anything somewhere that doesn’t respect him/the research>tells me he already secured funding to open the industry back in China>tells me the top scientific uni there is ready to hear his thesis’s defence>while I’m there, he is scripting a bunch of websites before going back to China (it’s illegal there)So, if not for accelerating a possible war, this hate hurts individuals and the good they can produce.
