Shitposting aside I really think the best move for them is cutting off the rotting arm that is niji en. All it does is attract drama and cost em money.
Give up on the EN branch and focus on where they are the strongest JP. Maybe try again in 5 years.

That's pretty much what they're doing right now. The branch has embarrassed them on a global scale so that its not really worth the risk in doing anything beyond the bare minimum. Meanwhile, Luxiem has basically burned their fanbase time and time again despite benefitting greatly from them, most of the EN fans probably went to Chronoir or other JP members since they understand the game.

The success of a rebranded Niji EN will only last until the western fans figure out that the only thing Anycolor changed was the name and/or logo of the branch (so at most 5 minutes), and the actual rebranding itself will be less effective as Musk's attempt to rebrand twitter as "X"

There's also the question of whether the new logo will be designed by some uncredited and unpaid/underpaid artist, or if it will be cobbled together from clip art/stock images, or if it will be AI-generated. They'd also have to brainstorm a name which does not has the words "Niji," "Nijisanji," or "Anycolor" in it; and which can be trademarked in both Japan and China.
