Because of that, my guess is she's just trying to hoard as much cash as she can, while she's still popular, so she can just live easy for the rest of her life when she stops being popular. Probably wants to go the Jerma route and eventually transition into more of a producer role for other talents.
That or she just wants more money because. Either way she's already pretty well off if she can hire contractors to do construction on her place
