I mean if the organs who are either legit talented, hard working or passionate are gone, this will cause that the concentration of hanamori/Elira's friends garbage become way too significant. I mean, Elira at least had the "decency" of having at most 2 of her friends nepo-hired per wave, but giving the talent leak it is as if EN have become an empty husk. You cannot expect parasites to produce anything of value, even by the side of true talents all they could do was to pretend that they were contributing, but once removed it becomes blatantly obvious that these people are worthless.
