The company needs to earn the right to be revived by us before we will return to watching them, and they know exactly what they must do to earn that right; the talents who don't deserve to be on the business end of a boycott will regain their audience once they leave Niji and return as indies or in Vshojo.
Reimu in particular follows Mint, so she's definitely aware of the concept of post-Nijisanji success; she's aware that such a thing is possible. More importantly, unlike the other 33, she cannot pretend to not be aware of this concept, specifically because she openly follows Mint on her Niji twitter account. The others very likely know about Mint and Doki's success, but unlike Reimu they're able to pretend not to know.
Hell, even Quinn is doing better now than he was in Niji - no perms autism, no yacht tax, and most importantly he no longer needs to choose between streaming and taking his prescription medicine (i.e. no corporate management to bonk him for streaming while zooted, even if he takes his meds in a manner consistent with his physician's directions and does not have any drug-induced yabs while streaming). Say what you will about Quinn, as a streamer or as a person, and I'll probably agree with you; but he's certainly faring better now than he was while he was in, even if he's not as well-off as the other ex-Nijis. And all of EN knows this, even if they need to pretend not to know.
