She sells a good amount of merch and is firmly in the upper-mid half of merch sellers
Her streams get decent viewership and her songs perform well and cover sees her star power on stage and puts her in every single event and she is also at a point where she can comfortably finance her projects
You don't need to worry about her at all. If you are looking for chuubas to saviourfag, I should recommend the NijiEN branch from Nijisanji, they desperately require viewers and I'm not sure if they are gonna make it

this + zoomer energy goes too far to the point she knows fucking nothing about anything to an annoying degree, she is not very relatable about most things. doesn't really have inherent buff specs - knows not much about games and isn't good at them either and it shows, you can feel just how little she actually-cares for a lot of what is supposed to be primary Holo content. doesn't make up for it with karaoke or just overall wit/humor in general.

I blame the games she plays. Lies of P, Sekiro and Yakuza are all boring to watch. There's some subset of zoomer normies that watch these streams but there's only so many such people in the EN vtuber fanbase. She's already inclining at a nice pace, unironically just needs to keep doing what she's been doing lately. Trying out more new games (which she's planning to do), letting her chuuni side show and specifically playing more Souls/Soulslike games with proper parrying, which she's surprisingly good at.
Her 3D model is incredibly sex and she's great at performing, so if she keeps being invited to other member's events that's really good too.

usually a shrill voice is something just ignored IRL but with a vtuber where you are listening to someone for dozens of hours a month and they often are purposefully talking in a cartoony exagerrated way, it does matter what that voice sounds like. our role is to sit there and listen passively, which is totally different from talking with people in-person mentally, you will sit there and focus on the voice more. it's same reason you don't tend to hear grating Gilbert Gottfried type voices as radio hosts. also in-person a friend or family member etc is not talking @you nonstop without you talking with them for like 3-6 hours a day every day. even if their voice is annoying that doesn't matter because you can do a lot more with someone you're physically around than just talk. with a vtuber we just listen. so the quality of that listening step, matters a fucking lot.

the most annoying part of all is that bae's normal speaking voice is actually very pleasant, she just doesn't use it for vtubing. that's why everyone is always annoyed with it, it's like if a restaurant actually can cook a steak perfectly but they just choose not to serve it to you when you order.
