She rocked both DigiKomi and DoKomi, carrying the name of Hololive into the budding EU market. And she saved the terrible first day of AX.
She is the ambassador for Tales of Arise and got Bamco more eyes than all of the Tales of amdassadors before her combined. And during the Shadowverse tournament she was the highly clipped highlight. Most of the shill stuff she does is a slam-dunk.
She has fans all around the world and just went ahead and hired god-tier level artists like Mamaloni and Yuna to work on things related to Hololive.
Concurrent viewers are nice to look at but Cover would be insane to give them too much thought.
Hell, Fubuki struggles with concurrent viewers because she loves doing debuff stuff almost as much as Kiara does and yet she is one of the most important Hololive members despite that.

That TakaMori Bleach thing was a sponsorship though and it was awesome as well. Although to be fair that was one of the times were Kiara was outperformed by Mori since Mori loves Bleach so much.
HoloTalk is nice and all but it seems the effect for the guests is rather minimal. And Cover is not yet taking advantage of Kiara's abilities as a bridge; if there were more show-type streams between EN and JP Kiara could shine as a host and translator but as of now her skills are mostly used in HoloTalk and normal collabs which is honestly a bit of a waste.
I hope that EN2 can give Kiara a bit more room to breath and take on a bigger role in EN.
It seems she already is the moral support behind the scenes and after how she lead the Gartic Phone collab and made sure to involve IRyS it seems she is the best candidate to have a leading positions in a larger EN similar to Fubuki (although there is still quite a way ahead of Kiara to reach FBK's level).

Social Blade highballing their earnings says Gura earns $10k in ad revenue each weak while Kiara earns $7k.
Last week Kiara earned about $1k more in SCs than Gura so despite their huge gap in subscribers, viewers and VOD views the difference between them is actually not that big.
And Kiara outperforms both Ame and Ina in SCs and in ad revenue.
And trying to make controversies a thing is so funny when even Orcshizo couldn't find anything damaging to her so she had to make up her own rrats.
