If unicorns are actually as delusional as you all claim to be, you need a reality check. They're coworkers, and they definitely talk to each other off-stream. Why wouldn't they? None of their viewers will ever find out, so it couldn't possibly hurt their brand/image in any way. Stories about background communication sometimes get trickled to the public, but almost always in the context of "pure business" so the community ignores them.
