Matsuri and Haato would have no shot, based on age. Think of it like this, in gens 1 and 2 there were 7 teenagers(including Chris). In gens 3, 4, 5, ID1, ID2, and EN there were only 2 in Aloe and Ollie. Cover has shied away from younger girls. I don't want to assess anything about gen 0 due to the circumstances that had them come into being.

Only Miko and RBC actually wanted to be full-time vtubers. The rest were aspiring VAs, singers and idols. They would never pursue those careers through vtubing now.
I also wonder how many of them would join the monster that is modern Hololive.

Fubuki has the highest specs of all there:
Voice+Gaming+Singing+Talking+Comedian and Meme power.
In second tier Suisei, Matsuri and Miko.
The rest will struggle, even Haachama would have confidence issues, just like Matsuri said that she was an introverted at the beginning.
