It's not necessarily about parasocialism, or at least not the way you think it is. Once a streamer gets into a relationship, they're no longer similar in that aspect to the majority of their audience. Most viewers choose their favorite content creators based on how much they can identify themselves with them, and livestreaming is mainly for the terminally online people who are most likely single. A streamer getting into a relationship means that they're no longer "just like me fr fr" in the audience's eyes and that turns the fickle ones away.

Fleshstreamers losing viewer interest because of relationships is normal and nearly universal, it's just the severity varies on the person and type of content.

Not really more severe, but more expectations, like you legit have to keep up the kayfabe, no dirty jokes or banter, you can admit to poop, ect. Vtuber unicorns are much more tolerant of that stuff.
