Anycolor will keep pumping out the shitty merch, giving the promos and collabs to the usual organs and ignoring the new waves
For the talents themselves, things will probably stay the same. The only difference will be that the number of crabs in the bucket will have increased from 40~ to 180~, but it's not like they had any real chance of building a career before anyway
If anything, it will be a wake-up call for the talents who were starting to doubt if Niji was a good bet for their future (Vivi, Kunai, Hex...), but the rest won't think twice about it (Finana, Millie, Enna...)
