The only thing that mattered, that we clearly know and understand, is that she was very unhappy with that company constantly ruining her ability to perform her job, that she WANTED to leave, and they refused to let her go without smearing the fuck out of her and trying to destroy her reputation just because they could.
And then in the months after that, Doki's shown nothing but complete professionalism and has shown incredible amounts of competency in her ability to produce strong content, organize medium to large scale events with up to 30 participants from various corporations and indies, and head all of the tasks that Nijisanji completely and utterly failed at, from being able to gather and handle sponsorships to quality and speedy merch drops.
So yeah, Nijisanji fucking sucks and has absolutely no credibility whatsoever. For fuck's sake they tried to say SELEN of all people was preventing artists from being paid. Jesus fucking christ, the absolute arrogance of those idiots.
