JP can sustain 200k+ viewers at once between Niji and Holo big streams on the same day, with people like Pekora and Marine getting 20k streaming almost at any time. Meanwhile in EN, Gura getting 20k is already twice as much as the 2nd biggest EN vtuber (Ame or Ina depending on the game). NijiEN adds up to like 12k all together and even they know when they overlap, their numbers all suffer. Maybe one day we'll get twitch numbers for EN, but that's not today.
