To give a more serious answer that wouldn't surprise me considering Justice feels like a preplanned "sister gen" to Advent, and they seem to be specifically targeting a niche Cover has mostly been ignoring (europeans)
Tho I can't really image they'd stop debuts in HoloJP, mainly cause Regloss/Dev_IS is made with this idea of being it's own thing technically separate from HoloJP and I'm not really sure where Cover plans on going with them nor am I sure they're ready to call it a day on that project after only 5 members
