Pretty much every gen since Gen 5 has had one -

Border holos are not always CGDCT but they prevent Holo from feeling too isolated, funnel outside fans into the holo box through the outside collabs --> holo collabs pipeline, and also protects the "inner holos" by playing the role of covering for them.
Advent being 5/5 also meant that they didn't have a single "border holo". I'm assuming Shiori was meant to be one initially, but either through autism, shyness, fan reactions or for whatever other reason, that hasn't exactly panned out.
This is why, while Advent is arguably one of the most "walled" gens in the entirety of Hololive, they also have one less avenue for overall growth.
This may have been why the Redhead was either recruited directly from some JOP management guy, or through one of the homo fujo scouts.
Which is likely to mean that the other 3 are CGDCT, because I don't think Jap will allow more than one of them in the gen, especially with just 4 girls total.
