Anycolor's not a growth stock no matter how much it claims otherwise, meaning people would rather ride the short wave to the top than gamble on a tsunami that's only potentially going to come in months, a potential that's been massively kneecapped by the past 6 months of history of decline and every other factor (even slightly failed projections and a series of stock-related decisions that'd make anyone with no passing interest in vtubers think it's yet another tech stock about to crash) so all in all that's why it's not really being valued highly by new blood. Also, though I don't know the exact number, I imagine a non-zero amount of shareholders who were crying this time 4 months ago decided to take their safety net back to the price they bought at and/or cut their losses and GTFO.
The real important thing is if they're going to get anymore major investments from companies in. If they can't attract more names to hold a 1%+ amount of the stock the value WILL continue to sink.
