She's definitely not the 5th most viewed on Twitch even if you discount VShojo and e-celebs who became vtubers. The fact she saw next to no actual increase in viewership despite COVID, VShojo, and HoloEN all bringing in huge audience boosts is representative of the lack of interest in her content. She was the the biggest at the time by virtue of lack of options.
