Just as there is a chance that anon is right about them trying to leave, there is also a chance that some of them have since signed their exit contracts.
There are currently 34 nominally active talents in Niji EN; but it's effectively 33, since Kotoka is either on hiatus pending graduation or suspension pending termination. That anon is suggesting that 11 talents have signed or are negotiating their exit contracts, which means that the branch will lose a third of their talents at the merger.
